The Morning Pages Practice

The aim of this powerful and simple technique is to clear the mind and let your inner voice run free.

The Practice:

1.) Write three pages of unfiltered writing.
2.) Just put pen to paper and write. You can’t get this wrong.
3.) Usually this is advised to do first thing in the morning, but experiment with a time that works for you.

Tip- Don’t read these pages back for at least the first 8 weeks of doing this practice, and don’t let anyone else read them. You can even rip them up after if that feels good. This is purely for you to let out what you’ve been holding in.
